Los cuatro ojos de la tierra at Proyecto N.A.S.A.L.
In 2023, I worked alongside the artists Ileana Moreno and Israel Urmeer to develop what would become Los cuatro ojos de la tierra (The four eyes of the earth), their exhibition at Proyecto N.A.S.A.L. in Mexico City (July-August, 2023) . Instead of curating the exhibition, I became a narrator for a fantasy world created by the artists to welcome the birth of four strange sculptures that mix their mutual interests in pre-hispanic mythologies, contemporary consumerism and futuristic sci-fi.
The texts were presented in the exhibition as two newspaper chronicles, a reddit post and a series of playing cards that introduced each sculpture.
